Memorial Name plaque application

The Memorial Name Plaques are offered to anyone that wants to honor a Veteran.  The veteran's name and branch of service will be engraved on the plaque.

The Veterans Memorial is not exclusive to only those who have lived or are currently living in Steele County,.  America's veterans will be remembered as fighting as One Nation.  The memorial will be representative of that same spirit.  To have a veteran recognized, please fill out this application and submit it online here.
